26mths' milestones

Motor/Physical/Coordination Skills
- Ashley can now open doors n cupboards. Yep, she’s grown tall enough and has enough strength to pull down the door handle. (I always remind her to be careful n do it slowly.)

Communication Skills
- The 2 “W”s have come up – Where and What. Ashley has started posing questions such as "Where is daddi going?", "Where mommi go?", "What is mommi doing?". And sometimes, she will answer her own qns such as "Daddi go market, buy things.", "Mommi go exercise.", "Mommi cut apple."

Character Development
- Ashley is building up her confidence and getting more assertive on her independence. And we do get STERN instructions from her whenever we 'try to help'. For example: she's now begun to wear her own pants. If i try to help her, she will tell me sternly "Mommi, go throw away diaper" or "Mommi, don't help" or "Mommi, Ashley do."
