Idiot! Stupid!

Scene 1: Weekend morning, we were hvg breakfast at the dining table. I dropped some bread crumbs onto the floor n unconsciously scolded myself "Idiot!". I just spoke once, didn't even repeat the word. Abt 30 secs later, I heard Ashley say " ee-dert, ee-dert". I didn't even connect these 2 events together until Alan glared at me n sternly told Ashley "no-no, it's a bad word, cannot say it." [ :-0 ]

Scene 2: We were back from shopping n i was looking thru the receipts. Was angry bcos i found out that the sales lady shortchanged me of 15% disc at The BS ( hint: it's a well-known supporter of being an environmentally-friendly company :-p), even tho i have specifically asked abt the disc. Without thinking, i just scolded out loud "Stupid!" (not me, but the sales lady!). Immediately, Ashley parroted me "Stoopid, stoopid". Needless to say, i kena another fierce glare from Alan [ :-0 (x2) ]

Must really start to watch my language from now onwards... >.<
