Couple of months back, I bought a potty from IKEA. I am not planning to start potty training as yet, but just thot no harming buying one first. So, for all these weeks, occasionally, I will set the potty on the floor, tell deardear to sit on it when she wants to shee-shee or poot-poot. And i'll always ask her at the end "Ok, deardear?", to which she will always nod her head.
Last sunday, deardear suddenly sat down in front of me, with the look that she's going to poot-poot (see???)
So, i grabbed the potty, and told her "Deardear, u wan to poot-poot? Ok, sit down here and poot-poot."
And this is my 1st attempt in trying to potty-train deardear... :-)
